HI1 Data Center

The Project
Lewis completed phase one of a multi-phase campus expansion, delivering a 138,000-square-foot data center with 36 megawatts of capacity across six vaults. The repurposed solar panel facility includes Class A office space and critical infrastructure: OFCI generators, MV transformers, modular electric rooms, CRAHs, PDUs and air-handlers. The vaults feature N+1 redundancy, dual-corded power and 22kW/rack densities.

Delivering Capacity at Scale
Lewis is delivering a 138-megawatt data center campus in Hillsboro, Oregon.
The scope includes three facilities: a retrofit of an existing building and two new ground-up data centers. The latter two are being delivered simultaneously. This is far from a typical greenfield project. Situated on a constrained 45.5-acre site next to an airport, Lewis has managed constructability, phasing, and execution to deliver maximum capacity. The project includes office and administrative space for future tenants as well as storage, security and loading docks.
