This Health Sciences facility and renovation of an existing laboratory was completed over the course of 28 months while the campus remained occupied. The new addition includes academic areas, teaching clinics and a dental clinic. The building is LEED Silver equivalent and incorporates sustainable features such as passive cooling including windows that open on demand and turbines that pull hot air from the building, skylights that can be darkened electronically, recycled insulation and a native medicinal garden.
