Grand Belmont
The Project
Lewis completed Grand Belmont, a seven-story mixed-use tower in Portland’s Central Eastside. The 121-unit building features studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts, rooftop decks, retail, leasing offices, and a coffee shop.
About
Amenities include a bike lounge, club room and car stacker garage. The structure combines wood framing over a concrete podium.
