The Project
Lewis built the 455,000-square-foot Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, a 25-story tower overlooking Elliott Bay.
About
The project includes 149 luxury hotel rooms, a spa, fitness center, pool, ballroom, restaurant, and parking. Lewis also built 36 residences above the hotel, including four custom units in collaboration with owners and architects.
