Lewis completed EWEB’s $19 million electric and water operations center on a 55-acre site in Eugene.
About
The LEED Gold facility supports 275 staff and features tilt-up concrete with seismic-resilient panel connections. Energy-efficient systems—including solar, daylighting, and high-performance lighting—help the building perform 35% better than state standards.
