Projects
DAS 550

The Project
Lewis served as CM/GC for the 550 Building Renovation project. The project was driven by the State of Oregon's need to address an emergency relocation of the Department of Justice (DOJ) workspace.

About
The tenant improvement covered 52,000 square feet within the facility. Work included a partial interior improvement of the basement, first and second floors. Lewis, in partnership with SERA Architects, consolidated space for multiple divisions, strived to reuse existing infrastructure, integrated new operational and space-sharing strategies, and designed the space for a cohesive public image.
