The Project
Lewis completed an entire renovation and build out of this 25,000 square foot, two-story building, originally built in 1910.
About
The $4 million project was completed 8 months on a constrained downtown site. The project was delivered via design-build with GBD Architects and completed on a fast-track schedule with interior renovations, structural additions, seismic upgrades and existing tenant improvements. This all required immediate tenant relocation to the adjacent parking lot for continued business operations.
