The Project
Lewis renovated the four-level base of Seattle’s tallest tower, adding a grand stair, concrete deck, two-story elevator extensions, and all-new finishes and systems.
About
A new three-story glass vestibule and 10,000 square feet of terrace upgrades include seating, planters, a fireplace, and living wall. All work occurred over 14 months while keeping the building fully operational.
