Lewis expanded a live data center by 25,650 square feet, adding a two-megawatt co-location facility. The 15,814-square-foot white space features raised flooring and perimeter cooling via 13 CRAH units.
About
Lewis transformed a 61,000-square-foot office building into a cutting-edge Research & Development facility featuring ISO Class 5 cleanrooms, dry labs, and assembly spaces. The buildout supports battery, nanotech, semiconductor, and textile research, with 17,000-square feet of labs, 18,400 square feet of cleanrooms, new offices, secure entry, and a freight elevator.
