Brainium Studios
The Project
Lewis completed a first-generation, 18,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Brainium Studios at Tanner Point. The open-plan office features enclosed rooms, Smartglass, wood tambour panels, acoustical treatments and energy-efficient lighting.
About
Highlights include three kitchens—one Event Kitchen with a Type-1 hood—and patio upgrades. MEP systems were delivered via design-build.
