Arbor Blocks
The Project
Lewis built two six-story, LEED Gold-certified office buildings totaling 390,000 square feet, each over four levels of below-grade parking. At mid-project, $20 million of scope was added including rooftop decks and a high-rise code upgrade. Despite staggered schedules, Lewis delivered the projects efficiently while also transforming Eighth Avenue into a pedestrian-friendly woonerf.

The Salmon Safe-certified woonerf, the first such street of its kind, prioritizes pedestrians and cyclists. The design seamlessly integrates the buildings with modern amenities, green spaces and public art.
