The Project
Lewis is building a 65,500-square-foot, 4,000-seat music venue at Lloyd Center.
About
The space includes a lobby, stage, dressing rooms, bars, stadium seating, mezzanine, loading docks and support areas. An existing basement adds unoccupiable square footage to the footprint of approximately 54,000 square feet.
