The Project
Lewis transformed an occupied middle school into North Clackamas’ fourth high school under the district’s bond. The phased buildout added STEM and vocational spaces, two theaters and new athletic facilities across a 65-acre campus. Renovations included gyms, classrooms and site upgrades, all delivered while school remained in session.
About
As part of the project, Lewis completed a renovation of the main gymnasium and constructed a new varsity gym and new exterior athletic facilities. The exterior facilities include a track and field and football stadium, tennis courts, and varsity baseball and softball fields, which include a press box and standalone hitting facilities.
