The Project

Lewis transformed a 10-story shell-and-core office into a multi-tenant life sciences facility. New AHUs were staged on exterior platforms and lifted in one weekend, while structural analysis targeted areas for higher live loads, minimizing impacts. The approach saved 10% over a prior plan.
