Lewis built the 11-story, 325,625-square-foot life science facility with 235,000-square-feet of lab and office space designed with 14-foot ceilings for flexible use.
About
The project includes three levels of underground parking and retail space facing a new plaza on Stewart Street. Across from Seattle Children’s Building Cure, it continues Lewis’ partnership in advancing world-class research facilities.
