POSITION SUMMARY

Lease Crutcher Lewis is a premier General Contractor in the Puget Sound and Portland region, working with high visibility clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be our first Senior Business Systems Analyst based in Seattle. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the primary business systems including support systems that are cloud-based or on-premises.  The expectation will be for you to provide day-to-day support, management of upgrades, and assisting with implementations. You may also be assigned to run any size IT project and anticipate spending around half of your time on projects. Other expectations include back up to other IT staff in servicing jobsites and helping with immediate customer needs.

This position has no formal reports, but may provide day to day work management and prioritization to other IT staff in support roles as directed. Position reports to Director of Information Technology. If you are interested in a great opportunity we want to hear from you.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IT projects of all sizes to deploy or upgrade business software, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to help design, document, maintain and improve related business processes
  • Develops necessary documentation, support, and training for formal hand off to service desk staff
  • Provides day to day support for assigned systems
  • Performs or assists with vendor management
  • Performs administrative functions related to assigned construction technology tools, such as Procore, Bluebeam, Phoenix, and other systems as assigned
  • Prepare reports and analyzes information, communicating key insights
  • Supports additional IT initiatives and needs
  • Maintains a positive relationship with all staff to ensure excellent internal and external outside customer service
  • As a member of a small Informational Technology team, you will cover other duties when necessary to the Seattle location, and your work will often support all Lewis offices
  • Learn daily routines and critical functions performed by people who use the systems that you support

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information services, management information systems, or related field and 7 years of work in technology job related duties
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large IT projects and systems
  • Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication, including ability to convey technical issues to non-technical individuals
  • IT Project Management or scrum master certification and ITIL Version 4 certification or similar credential is required
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize competing demands and execute tasks in a fast-paced operating environment
  • Working knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware/software and network/internet connectivity
  • Skilled in system integrations
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Detailed oriented and well organized with ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables in a timely manner
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and follow directions accurately
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Travel to construction job sites is required as well as occasional travel between office locations
  • Ability to support a 24/7 rotating emergency call list
