WHAT YOU WILL DO AND HOW YOU WILL GROW

The Instructional Designer will help build a learning culture where we encourage continuous learning and provide the needed systems and tools.  The Instructional Designer will collaborate with members of the L&D team and other departments to oversee the learning lifecycle, determine learning modalities, and ensure learning is developed using sound instructional design principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes, facilitates and collaborates with leadership and SMEs to design learning and education modules in a various format, including workshops, in-person trainings, on-the job, eLearning, self-directed methodologies.
  • Creatively design and develop engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning software (Camtasia, Adobe Cloud, etc.) and integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into eLearning.
  • Collaborates with peers and leadership across division(s) to diagnose root cause issues and integrate lessons learned into curriculum.
  • Listens actively and insightfully to the views of others. Asks the appropriate questions to ensure all data points are considered before a presentation is published/presented. Seeks to clarify ambiguity.
