We are committed to increasing opportunities for diverse subcontractors. Through a recent pilot program with Ahora Construction, we addressed the systemic barriers that often prevent small, minority-owned businesses from partnering with large general contractors. By aligning on trust, transparency, and cash flow solutions, we not only set Ahora up for success on Lewis projects but also created a template for how the company can work with other GCs the future.

INNOVATION ON THE JOBSITE
Meet Dusty, our robotic layout sidekick.
We’re always on the lookout for new technology that provides value to our clients. One example is Dusty, a layout robot that uses digital models to print wall layouts directly onto the floor, with markings to guide our framing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade partners. Automating the layout process has created significant schedule savings while improving precision in the field.
