Mark Wenrick

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Mark began his career in human resources on the East Coast. Over the years, he's had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and companies, including Campbell's Soup, Avery Dennison, Mars, Amazon, GoDaddy, and most recently, Grove Collaborative. What drives him is the opportunity to partner with business leaders as a co-pilot—aligning people strategies with business goals to help organizations grow. Mark is especially passionate about building engagement through intentional listening, acting on employee feedback, and communicating transparently. You’ll often find Mark outdoors, whether it’s on the soccer field, golf course, running trail, or enjoying the Pacific Northwest through camping and crabbing in the Puget Sound. He is also an enthusiastic sports fan.
