A lifelong builder, he has progressed from carpenter to director of field operations, earning a reputation for calm, steady leadership and deep technical expertise. Doug is frequently called upon for mission-critical upgrades and renovations in occupied environments, where his thoughtful approach and problem-solving skills help teams deliver predictable outcomes.
In his current role, Doug provides mentoring and guidance for our DCAT field teams across all geographies. He is a key partner in ensuring Lewis continues to deliver best-in-class services for our current and future DCAT clients. Outside of work, Doug enjoys time with his family and exploring the Northwest outdoors.
