Ryan’s favorite part of his job is being able to build. He loves building things, whether its conceptually through project engineering or with his own hands on projects at home. As a teenager, he worked for his uncle’s custom home building company as a carpenter. His uncle would always remind him to “work smart, not hard.” Ryan says he has taken this to heart and plans his work to be safe and efficient, conscientious of what he is building. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their dog Waylon.
