Lease Crutcher Lewis Completes Renovation at University Village

Seattle - Lease Crutcher Lewis has completed work on the 50,000 square foot renovation of the former Barnes & Noble space at University Village, subdividing into spaces for seven different tenants. Simultaneously, Lewis is completing the 28,000- square-foot tenant improvement in the building for Room & Board that will open on October 22, 2012.
