Leadership change is set for 2012 for Lease Crutcher Lewis - one of the region's biggest construction companies.

Lease Crutcher Lewis on Friday announced that Bart Ricketts, the general manager of the company’s Portland office, will become the next CEO of the regional construction firm.

The company, one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest construction firms with offices in Oregon and Washington, has begun implementing its 16-month leadership succession plan that will culminate in May 2012. At that time, current CEO and President Bill Lewis will hand over the reins to Ricketts and assume a part-time role within the company as chairman of the Board of Directors.
