We have constructed both SeaStar locations. The first, in Downtown Bellevue’s Civica Commons, is 7,500 square feet with a display kitchen, a “raw bar,” hardwood finishes, curved walls, and custom starfish-themed light fixtures. More recently, Chef Howie hired Lewis to build out his 3,500 square foot restaurant and raw bar at 2200 Westlake in Seattle.
