Lewis built a new four-story, 108,000 square foot city hall, LEED-Silver equivalent. The project also included a four-story, 452 car parking garage. The city hall building is structural steel while the garage is cast-in-place concrete. A soaring entry canopy is supported by slender steel columns. Additional work, now underway, includes gardens and a park for concerts and community gatherings. The project won Northwest Construction Magazine's 2006 award for "Best Architecture."
