Lewis converted an existing elementary school into an international school. Phase I involved the addition of 25,000 square feet to house a new cafeteria/commons area, administrative offices, health rooms, study/testing areas and conference rooms. Phase II included a remodel of the existing media center, transformation of the cafeteria into an art classroom, additions of locker rooms, upgrades to hallways and classrooms and conversion of various interior spaces into middle school curricular space. The work was completed while the school remained occupied.
