UW Bothell Science and Academic Building
Construction is now officially underway on the 74,000-square-foot building, which will house 11 science labs, several classrooms, gathering space, and a 200-person lecture hall. This space translates into the ability to serve an additional 1,000 students each year. It is the first building to be constructed on the UW Bothell campus in 10 years. On May 25th, UW Bothell students, faculty, staff and friends gathered together and celebrated the groundbreaking for construction on the UW Bothell Science and Academic Building, which will be known as UWB 3.

Via6 Apartments
Lewis is constructing a twin-tower, 24-story apartment complex in Seattle's Belltown district.  The 654 apartments will be primarily one-bedrooms and studios, designed for high quality while remaining affordable to young professionals.  Parking for 434 cars will be provided in three levels below-grade.  Also included will be 18,000 square feet of street level retail and restaurant space.

Lakeside Athletic Center
Demolition formally began on March 4 and is progressing smoothly. Before the building began to come down, salvage firms Earthwise and Second Use removed wood flooring, lockers, basketball backboards and rims, windows, doors, and hardware. Approximately 95% of the building—including the concrete, metal, bricks, and wood—will be salvaged or recycled. Final clearing of the site will begin mid-month, and excavation will follow soon after.

University Village South Garage and Retail
Lewis is constructing a 645-car parking garage, including two levels of retail space at the north perimeter.  The project has been timed in phases in order to maximize parking capacity during the 2012 summer and holiday shopping seasons.  Phase 1 included work on the foundation, which is supported by an innovative helical pile system that was used due to the peat soil and high water table.  A silent piler was employed to minimize impact to the Village.
